If sources are to be believed, then Upendra's birthday (Sep 18) will be celebrated in a grand style and the celebration is said to be on par with 'Shivanna25' and 'Ambi Sambhrama 60'.
Upendra has carved a niche for himself as an actor-writer-director and has been in the industry actively for more than 25 years. But till now he had not made any celebrations regarding his career. But this year's birthday coincides the launch of his new production company and the launch of his new film 'Upendra 2'.
Sources say, Upendra's wife Priyanaka has taken the initative and has organised a big celebration in the Palace Grounds and people, fans and friends from the film fraternity will be felicitated during the occasion.
