If everything had gone right, then the second chapter of Yash starrer 'KGF' was supposed to have started by now. The film was launched a few months back and the team was busy with the pre-production of the film. However, 'KGF - Chapter 2' got delayed because of set work and Yash busy campaigning for Sumalatha Ambarish.

Now the shooting of the film has finally been started on Monday and the team has released a few pictures of director Prashanth Neel and cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda at the sets.

'KGF 2' is being written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijaykumar Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The film stars Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Ananth Nag, Malavika Avinash and others in prominent roles. Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon are likely to play prominent roles in the film.
