The shooting for Padde Huli starts in Bengaluru on Thursday. It is the launchpad of Shreyas, the son of producer K Manju. A promotional song video and poster of the film was released in March and the start of the film was also announced. However the actual shooting will start only tomorrow.

The film is directed by Guru Deshpande and produced by Ramesh Reddy. The song sung by Chandan Shetty with music by Ajaneesh Loknath used for the promotion has become a big hit. K Manju is excited about his son's debut as an actor and has taken a keen interest in the film even though he is not producing it. He is also expected to announce another film for his son that he will produce himself.
