Sudeep has joined the second shooting schedule of The Villain in Athani in Belagavi. The shooting is being done close to the Maharashtra border 25 kilometres from the Athani town.

Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty had joined the schedule a few days ago. Shooting here will continue for one more week. Hundreds of people had gathered to watch Sudeep and the shooting in the border area. The film directed by Prem also stars Shivarajkumar. Shivarajkumar will join the shooting next month in London where the third schedule of the film will be shot.
