Former prime minister HD Deve Gowda will be watching last week's Kannada release Bangara S/o Bangarada Manushya on Monday in Mysuru. According to sources he will watch the film at the DCR screen in the city.
This will be a very rare event as Deve Gowda does not watch movies. The last time he expressed he wanted to movie was Prithvi seven years ago. Bangara is about the problems of farmers and Deve Gowda is known to be a farmer leader and popularly called Mannina Maga or Son of the Soil. So it is not surprising that the rare film he has decided to watch is Bangara S/o Bangarada Manushya.
The film released last Friday and has attracted the attention of audience due to its unique focus on the problems of farmers. In the film Shivarajkumar plays a NRI businessman who returns to his father's village and finds that all farmers are in trouble. He he solves the problem of farmers forms the rest of the story.
