Dialogue writer Kamal Sarathi who has written dialogues to many films has turned director with a new film called 'Gandhi Class'. The film which stars Chakri and Megasri was launched on Monday morning at the Dodda Ganapathi Temple in Bangalore.
The film has nothing to do with the 'Gandhi Class' in theaters, but instead tells a different story. 'People who has Gandhiji's ideology is a separate class and that's why we have titled the film as 'Gandhi Class'' says Kamal Sarathi.
One of the highlight of the film is, director Dinakar Thoogudeepa will be playing a negative character in the film. Dinakar who was present during the muhurath, 'It was Kamal who first told me that he wanted me to cast in a role in one of his films. However, I acted in 'Chakravarthy'. Now Kamal has started the film and I play a corrupt police officer in this film' says Dinakar.
The film stars Sudharani, Sharath Lohitashwa and others and is produced by Vijay Kumar.
