'Leader' stars Shivarajakumar, Yogi, Vijay Raghavendra, Praneetha, Guru Jaggesh and others in prominent roles. Srinagara Kitty's daughter Parinitha is playing Shivarajakumar's daughter in the film. Praneetha, Ashika and Sharmila Mandre are playing prominent roles in the film.

The film is being produced by Tarun Shivappa. Veer Samarth is the music director, while Guru Prashanth Rai is the cameraman of the film.
