Upendra who is almost thorough with Kaplana 2 and Mukunda Murari has silently signed yet another new film called Upendra Matte Hutti Baa - Inti Prema. The film is a remake of Telugu hit 'Soggade Chinna Nayana'. Earlier, there was news that Upendra's protege Loki who had directed Upendra in 'H2O' will be directing a film for Upendra and now the news has come true with Loki directing 'Upendra Matte Hutti Baa - Inti Prema'. The film will be produced by Upendra's another protege Rajaram.

The film will be produced by Upendra's another protege Rajaram. Upendra will be playing dual role in the film apart from scripting it. Sources say, Prema will be roped in as the heroine of the film.
