Sudeep has lived up to his image as an "All-India Cutout" In the all India most desirable men of 2015 as per the survey of Times of India, he is at number 43. He is the only celebrity from Karnataka in the list. He has moved up the ranking from last year's 47th place. It is an annual ranking of celebrities and Sudeep was first in the Karnataka listing announced last week. 

Other south Indian celebrities on the list include Dhanush, Karthik, Mahesh Babu, Rana Daggubati, Suriya, Prabhas and Dulquer Salmaan (son of Mammoty). The list is mostly made of film stars and cricketers.

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh tops the list. The highest ranked South Indian is Telugu actor Mahesh Babu at number 6.
