Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy's son Nikhil Kumar's debut film was launched at the Kanteeraca Indoor Stadium in Bangalore. Nikhil's grandfather and former Prime  Minister sounded the clap for the first shot, while grand mother Chennamma switched on the camera.

Ambarish,  Ravichandran,  Shivarajakumar,  B Sarojadevi,  Jayanthi,  H D Kumaraswamy,  Sa Ra Govindu and others were present during the launch.
