Kishan's return to direction C/o Footpath 2 has passed the Censor test. It has been certified by the board with U/A certificate. The film is scheduled for release this Friday. It has become the first Kannada film to participate through lateral entry in the Oscar awards.

The film has a big star cast including Kishan. JK (Karthik Jayaram) and Bollywood actress Esha Deol are in important roles. The film is about juvenile delinquents and is a sequel to Kishan's National Award winning film C/o Footpath which he directed as a nine year old.
