The thanks giving and success tour of Kranti Veera Sangolli Raayanna undertaken by the entire team of the film headed by Producer Anand Appugol, Challenging Star Darshan and Director Naganna was cut short after the team visited a few theatres screening the film in Tumkur, Shimoga, Hassan and other places. The entire ream decided to stop the success tour in the wake of the situation obtained in Mysore and Mandya districts after the Supreme Court directed the Karnataka Government to release 10000 cusecs of water everyday.
"We want to join the farmers of Karnataka in their struggle to get justice with regard to the Cauvery Water dispute. We are with them. Since we thought it would not be fair to continue the success tour in times of distress to our farmers, we decided to cut off the programme from Thursday' says Darshan.

Meanwhile, the collections of Edhegaarike in the theatres it is running is showing lot of improvement mainly because of a good mouth publicity to the film. One person or a small group of family members who watch the film are bringing in more number of the people to the theatres running the film Edhegaarike in the second week.
Collections have been pretty good in Triveni, Kamakya and Veeresh Cinemas-2 in Bengaluru. The film is gaining ground in theatres of major centres like Mysore and Davanagere which is really giving a brighter picture about the possibility of the film running for a longer period in some theatres in the state.
Prem Adda starring Prem, Kriti Kharbanda produced by Mekha Muralikrishna and directed by Mahesh Babu is getting released on Friday, 7th December in around 150 theatres all around Karnataka. Though it was Prem's ambition to release the film in around 200 theatres in the state, in reality this was not possible as films like Kranti Veera Sangolli Raayanna, Drama and Edhegaarike were running well.

Prem Adda is the remake of Tamil Hit "Subramanyapuram' directed by Shashi Kumar which became a trendsetter movie in the Tamil film industry. The songs of the film "Elukote Hudugi', "Basanthi' and "Kalli Ivalu' have become hugely popular. The music for the film is composed by Hari Krishna.
Rebel Star Ambareesh who is part of the film Drama and has been responsible partly for the big success of the film had not watched the film so far because of his political commitments. But the film's producer Jayanna was willing to show the film to the Rebel Star at any time that he had wished.
On Wednesday evening, Ambareesh found some time and watched the film in Rockline Cinemas at a special show at 7.00 P.M. The entire Drama team was present at Rockline Cinemas while the director Yogaraj Bhat was anxiously waiting outside puffing his cigarettes and eager to know what the Rebel Star would say about the film.
Ambareesh was quite happy and his reactions were true to his nature ecstatic. He hugged Bhatru and said "Done well. Brilliant film. It deserves the big success that it had attained'. Finally Bhatru was relieved. He also told all the artists and technicians of the film have combined well to create a fiml which has been liked by the masses.
Some of the friends of Ambareesh in and outside the film industry also watched the film and had expressed extreme satisfaction.
