Mufti is being written and directed by Narthan and is being produced by Jayanna and Bhogendra under Jayanna Films banner, Ravi Basrur is in charge of the music, while Naveen of 'Kabira' fame is the cinematographer of the film.

The Mandaya, Mysore, Chitradurga and Tumkur area collection is 2.17 crores, with Hubli, Dharwad and Hyderabad sector fetching 2.38 crores. The first day collection amount totals to 8.36 crores and this is said to be the highest opening in Murali's career.

    Director Chetan Kumar has managed to strike a perfect balance over his style of filmmaking and the one which fits good to Srii Murali and his onscreen personality which hit a new high since Ugramm.

    With a huge surprise for the audience, especially for Srii Murali fans, Bharaate is tailor-made for the perfect festive season which comprises of a decent story served with cute amount of romance along with fully loaded action and a meaningful end to it. That apart, it highlights the age-old significance of Ayurvedic treatment and how it is still relevant in the present generation. 

    In addition to it, Sreeleela who made an impressive debut with a Kiss continues to charm with her talent in this one too.
