Director Shiva Tejas who had erlier directed Maley with Prem Kumar is back with an action thriller this time. The film starring Ajai Rao with Ravishankar playing the antagonist is one of the best action thrillers in recent times. It is not a regular action film with fights and bloodshed. The action is more a mind game between the hero and villain. The thrills are in the suspense and what next screenplay that he has written. Dhairyam gives Ajai Rao a new kind of role from the usual love stories he does. In total it is a film for the masses as well as class. 

There are three-four different shades to the story. In the first instance it is a family story about a poor family which is hoping that the son become an engineer and start earning money. At the same time the son has fallen in love with a neighbourhood girl but once again it is the class distinction that crops up. He has to make money to marry her. What are the ways the hero Ajai Krishna adopts to solve his problems? Can he remain a good person? Will he fall in to bad ways to earn money? 

At this juncture the film takes a curious turn. There is a murder and Ajai Krishna seems to have done it for money. There are also serious players involved; a politician, a police officer and others who have some secret to hide. Ajai gets caught in all thse and it becomes a run for his life. How he manages to solve all these problems forms the rest of the story.

Newcomer Adithi is a welcome addition to Sandalwood. The actress is a natural talent and give a very good performance. Ajai Rao makes the best of his makeover. He gets to play a college student, a family person, a lover boy and an action hero. In all these various character shades he manages to be give convincing performances.

There are good songs and lyrics in the film which add to the narrative. The cinematography and editing also fit the bill. There are decent acting from all the supporting cast that includes Jai Jagadish, Honnavalli Krishna and Sadhu Kokila. Overall Dhairyam is an entertaining fare that satisfies all emotions. It is kind of a complete thali meals. Go for it.

ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನದು ಹೆಚ್ಚೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ 13-14 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಜರ್ನಿ. ಮೊದಲು ಕೋಡ್ಲು ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದೆ. ನಂತರ ಗುರು ದೇಶಪಾಂಡೆ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಆದೆ. ಅವರೇ ನನಗೆ ಲವ್ ಯೂ ರಚ್ಚು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಎನ್ನುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಎಸ್.ರಾಜ್ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ರೊಮ್ಯಾಂಟಿಕ್ ಥ್ರಿಲ್ಲರ್ ಕಥೆಯಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಶಶಾಂಕ್, ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಾಗಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮೊದಲ ಚಿತ್ರ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಮಗ. ಆದರೆ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಹೊಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಅಜಯ್ ರಾವ್, ಆಶಿಕಾ ರಂಗನಾಥ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಮಲತಾ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ರಘು ಕೋವಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಬದಲಾಗಿ, ಅವರ ಜಾತಕ್ಕೆ ವೇದ್‍ಗುರು ಬಂದರು. ಈಗ ಅವರ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಅವರೇ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಹೊಣೆ ಹೊತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ವೇದ್‍ಗರು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ಚಿತ್ರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ನಾನೇ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅನ್ನೊದು ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಮಾತು.

ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಂತೆಯೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ತಾಯಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಮಗ ಚಿತ್ರದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಚಿತ್ರವೂ ಸೆಟ್ಟೇರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು.

ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸ್ಸು, ಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಲವ್ ಸ್ಟೋರಿ, ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಲೀಲಾ, ಬಚ್ಚನ್, ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆ 2 ಹೀಗೆ ಹಿಟ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶ ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಹೋಮ್ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಮಗ.

ಚಿತ್ರದ ಹೀರೋ ಅಜೇಯ್ ರಾವ್. ಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಲವ್ ಸ್ಟೋರಿ, ಕೃಷ್ಣಲೀಲಾ ಎಂಬ ಎರಡು ಸೂಪರ್ ಹಿಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಜೋಡಿ, ಈಗ ‘ತಾಯಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಮಗ' ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಂದಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಯಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ತೃಪ್ತಿಯಾಗಬಲ್ಲ ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹುಡುಕಾಟ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ.

Rachita Ram who already has her hands full with various films has signed yet another film. This time the actress has joined hands for a new film with Ajay Rao called 'I Love You Rachchu'.

This is the first time that Ajay and Rachita Ram are sharing screen space together. The film is being directed by debutante Shankar Raj, while produced by Guru Deshapande under his G Cinemas Banner. This is Guru Deshapande's third film as a producer after 'Gentleman' and 'Pentagon'.

One of the highlights of the film is, it is being scripted by well known writer-director Shashank. As the title itself suggests, it's a love story with different twists and turns. The film is all set to be launched on the 24th of January.  

Actor Ajay Rao, director Shashank and producer-director Guru Deshpande have joined hands for a new film which is all set to be launched next year.

Both Shashank and Guru Deshpande have directed Ajay Rao earlier. This time, while Guru Deshpande is producing the film under his G Cinemas banner, Shashank has written the story and screenplay for the film. Debutante Shankar who had worked for Guru Deshpande in his previous films will be directing the film.

Earlier, Guru Deshpande was supposed to produce a new film called 'Rainbow - Colors of Crime' for Ajay Rao. However, the film did not start due to various reasons. Now Ajay will be acting in a film to be produced by Guru Deshpande.

Ajay Rao's fascination with the name Krishna is well known. The actor had earlier acted in films like 'Krishnan Love Story', 'Krishnan Marriage Story', 'Krishna Leela', 'Krishna Rukku' and 'Krishna S/O CM'. Now the actor is back with Krishna again and the new film of Ajay has been titled as 'Krishna Talkies'.

'Krishna Talkies' is all set to be launched today and the film is written and directed by Anand Priya. This is his second film as a director after 'Olu Munswamy' and Anand has changed his name as Vijayanand,

'Krishna Talkies' which has a caption called 'Balcony F-13' is being produced by Govindaraju under Gokul Entertainers banner. Sridhar Sambhram is the music director, while William David is the cinematographer. The film stars Chikkanna, Pramod Shetty, Yash Shetty and others in prominent roles. The film will be shot in Bangalore, Shimoga and other places.

Guru Deshpande had earlier announced that his second production venture will star Ajay Rao, Now the film has been titled as 'Rainbow - Colours of Crime'.

The shooting for 'Rainbow - Colours of Crime' will commence soon. Meanwhile, music composer Emil has started the song recording of the film from Monday.

The film is being produced by Guru Deshpande under his G Cinemas banner. Guru Deshpande has penned the story along with S Rajavardhan who makes his debut as a director with this film.

Actress Apoorva of 'Apoorva' fame has been selected as the heroine for Ajay Rao's new untitled film.

The new film is being directed by V Nagendra Prasad's brother Anand Priya, who had earlier directed Kashinath starrer 'Ol Munswamy'. This is his second film as a director and Anand himself has written the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film.

The new film is all set to be launched soon and Sridhar Sambhram will be composing the music for the film.

If all had gone well two years ago, Ashika Ranganath would have been part of Shashank's Mungaru Male 2. She is now the leading lady in the director's Thayige Takka Maga. She would have acted in Shashank's film earlier itself the actress has revealed.

Ashika had auditioned for a role in Mungaru Male 2 but the director felt she was too young for that role. When Shashank took up the new film he himself called up Ashika and offered her the lead role. This is the third film of Shashank and Ajai Rao together. Thayige Takka Maga is releasing this week. The video song of the title track of the film will be online at 6pm today.

Ajay Rao-Radhika Pandith starrer 'Endendigu' being directed by Imran Sardariya and producer S V Babu is ready for release. Meanwhile, the songs of the film were released in a grand style at Hotel Atria on Friday evening.

Actor-director-producer Ravichandran along with Puneeth Rajkumar had come as a special guest to release the songs of the film composed by V Harikrishna. Film Federation of India's president Ravi Kottarkara, Jaggesh, Rakshith Shetty and others released the pen drive with film stills and video clips.

The first look poster of Ajay Rao's new untitled film has been released today. The actor is celebrating his birthday today and the team has released the first poster wishing the actor.

Though the title of the film has not been revealed yet, Ajay Rao's character has been released and Ajay plays the role of a police officer in this film. Ajay is depicted as a god with multiple hands and a feather on his head.

This is Ajay Rao's 27th film as an actor and the film has been tentatively titled as `AJR 27'. The film is being produced by Guru Deshpande, while his protege Rajvardhan Shankar is the director. Actor Murali who is riding on the success of his latest film 'Rathavara', released the audio of 'Krishna Rukku' on Wednesday night. The songs of the film has been composed by Sridhar Sambhram and the rights have been acquired by Mohan of Anand Audio. Earlier, Anand Audio had acquired the audio rights of 'Krishnan Love Story', 'Krishnan Marriage Story' and 'Krishna-Leela'. Mohan has now acquired the audio rights of 'Krishna Rukku' also.

The audio release was attended by Shashank, director Anil, producer Uday Mehta, Ajay Rao, Amulya, cameraman Jagadish Wali, Anand, Shyam and others were present at the audio release.

Ajay Rao is back as Krishna and has Rukmini for company. Amulya plays the female lead and you can expect a fun and comedy entertainer throughout. The film lives up to its billing and is not just a romantic film for youngsters but also a wholesome family entertainer that can be watched by the entire family.

The film starts with a long flashback. Krishna is standing at a waterfall and goes back to recalling his love for his cousin Rukmuni. It is as long as their lives. But circumstances has made Krishna feign love for another girl and Rukmuni even elopes with a 'techie'. But there is no doubting anytime that they are made for each other. Despite their personal odds and the strained relationship between their families, it has to be a happy ending. Watching it you know it will be a happy ending. But the journey of watching it is real fun.

The music of the film is apt and gives the film a charm. The cinematography is top class. Especially capturing the beautiful locations from drones leaves the audience breathless.

Ajay Rao and Amulya are apt for their roles. Amulya endears to the audience with her role that has child like innocence and meaningful maturity at the same time. Shobraj comes up with a good performance while Girija Lokesh does a comic role. Krishna Rukku is a perfect film to watch with your family members.

Producer Uday Mehta is planning to release a video song of his latest film 'Krishna Rukku' starring Ajay Rao and Amulya on the festival day of Sankranthi. 'Krishna Rukku' has been written and directed by Anil Kumar and the film is completed and waiting for release.

If everything had gone right, then Mehta planned to release the film by January end. As there is a huge rush of films, the film has been postponed a little and is likely to be released in February.

Apart from Ajay and Amulya, Girija Lokesh, Shobharaj and others play prominent roles in the film. Sridhar V Sambhram is the music director of the film.

Ajay Rao and Amuyla starrer 'Krishna-Rukku' was recently seen by the Regional Board of Film Certification and the film has been given a U certificate. The film is likely to be released in the last week of February.

The film is being produced by Uday Mehta and directed by dialogue writer turned director Anil. Ajay Rao and Amulya plays the role of Krishna and Rukku and apart from Ajay and Amulya, Girija Lokesh, Shobharaj and others playing prominent roles in the film.

Sridhar V Sambhram is the music director of the film.

The team of 'Krishna-Rukku' including Ajay Rao, Amulya and others have gone to Bangkok for the song in Bangkok. The shooting for 'Krishna-Rukku' is almost completed except for a song and the team is busy shooting for that song in Bangkok, Pattaya and other place.

The shooting for the film was started in the month of August and the team completed the first schedule in Chickmagalur and other places. After that the team completed the second schedule in and around Bangalore. Now the last leg of the film is nearing completion.

'Krishna-Rukku' is being produced by Uday Mehta and directed by Anil of 'Dilwala' fame. Apart from Ajay and Amulya, Girija Lokesh, Shobharaj and others are playing prominent roles in the film. Sridhar V Sambhram is the music director of the film.

Everyone loves Racchu 

Love You Rachchu is a special film for many reasons. It is not a formula romantic story that commercial film makers so routinely churn out. In the outwardly guise of a deep love story between a couple, lies a suspense thriller that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats from the word go. 

The film's screenplay is very crisply managed. In the second scene itself, the story plunges into action mode. Rachchu, the wife of Ajai has murdered their driver in self defence but they decide to dispose the body without going to the police. But their plans hit every unexpected hurdle possible including a mysterious blackmailer. 

A surprising twist at the interval deepens the suspense element. There is a twist and turn with the addition of every new character. This is skillfully done and the suspense is maintained throughout the length of the film. The unusual elements of the film keeps the audience engaged and leaves you with a sense of astonishment in the end. 

The background score and rerecording plays an important role in maintaining the suspense mood. Manikanth Kadri manages to hold it together impressively. Sri CrazyMindz as the cinematographer and editor keeps the flow crisp and visuals engaging. 

Rachita Ram comes up with a very good performance and gives it her best shot. The casting is good and every actor fits the role perfectly. Ajai Rao and Rachita Ram are a compatible pair. B Suresh terrorizes with his cold act. Raghu Shivamogga makes an impact even if in a brief role. 

The second half is a little overburdened with emotions and unnecessary twists and elements. If the suspense of the first half was carried as it is in the second half, the film would have been much better. The second half therefore is a little overdone. Overall however the film makes for an entertaining and suspenseful watch. It has an unusual plot and this carries the interest till the end. The technical elements are also quite good and offers a standard visual experience. 

Go for Love You Rachchu and you will not be disappointed. This is a good film to enjoy the cold weather. It will make your blood flow warm with anticipation and surprises.
