ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್ ರೈತ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರ ಎದುರು ಇದ್ದದ್ದು ರೈತ ನಾಯಕ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಭಾವನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಿದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಅವರ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಲವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನೂ ಕೂಡಾ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಆ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ನೋಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಅದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಳಿದ್ದು ಮಾಡೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದತ್ತ. 2014ರಲ್ಲಿ ಟೈಮ್ಸ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ನ ಮಿಸ್ ದಿವಾ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆದ್ದ ಆಶಾ, ಮಿಸ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಸುಪ್ರಾ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್ನ್ನೂ ಗೆದ್ದರು. ಬೆಸ್ಟ್ ಇನ್ ಟ್ಯಾಲೆಂಟ್ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್ನ್ನೂ ಗೆದ್ದರು. ಯಮಾಹಾ, ಕ್ಲೋಸ್ ಅಪ್, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ್ ಜ್ಯುವೆಲ್ಲರ್ಸ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜಾಹೀರಾತುನಲ್ಲೂ ನಟಿಸಿರುವ ಆಶಾ ಭಟ್, ಹಿಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಂಗ್ಲಿ, ದೋಸ್ತನಾ 2 ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೀರೋಯಿನ್ ಆಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಮೇಜಾನ್ ಪ್ರೈಂ 70 ಕೋಟಿಯ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಆಫರ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಉಮಾಪತಿ ಅದನ್ನು ರಿಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ನರ್ತಕಿ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದ ಮಾಲೀಕ ನರಸಿಂಹ ಅವರು ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರೇ ಗ್ರೇಟ್ ಅನ್ನೋದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವೇ ಇದು.

ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರು ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಕಷ್ಟ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಆಫರ್ ಬಂದರೂ ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನು ಥಿಯೇಟರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡೋದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಪಟ್ಟ ತಂದುಕೊಡುವುದೇ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳು. ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ದರ್ಶನ್ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಕೈ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನರಸಿಂಹ ಅವರ ಭರವಸೆ.

ನರಸಿಂಹ ಅವರ ಈ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ಬೇರೇನಲ್ಲ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಎರಡು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಓಟಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಪರ ವಿರೋಧ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೂ ಒಂದು.

Another song called 'Jannu Hodiyaka' from Darshan starrer 'Robert' has been released on Saturday evening and the romantic number has been getting good appreciation from fans all over. The song which was premiered 16 hours ago has garnered eight lakh views.

'Robert' is all set to be released on the 11th of March in Kannada and Telugu simultaneously. Recently, the trailer of the film was released on Darshan's birthday and in a span of four days, a lyrical video of romantic number sung by Shreya Ghoshal has been released. The song has been composed by Arjun Janya and choreographed by Bhushan.

'Robert' stars Darshan, Asha Bhatt, Vinod Prabhakar, Devaraj, Jagapathi Babu, Ravikishan and others in important roles. The film is written and directed by Tharun Sudhir and produced by Umapathyy Srinivas Gowda.

Darshan starrer 'Robert' which is waiting for release for the last one year is likely to release on the 23rd of April. The announcement has come in the wake of producer Soorappa Babu announcing the release of 'Kotigobba 3' on the same date.

Both 'Kotigobba 3' and 'Robert' were completed last year. However, the film's release got delayed because of the pandemic and lockdown. Though permission for screening films was given by the Central Government from the 15th of October 2020, producer Umapathy Srinivas Gowda of 'Robert' had decided to release the film once the Government gives 100 percent occupancy in theaters.

Now that the Tamil Nadu Government has permitted for 100 percent occupancy in theaters, a similar order might be issued in Karnataka in the coming days also. So, many producers of big budget films have been planning their films after April. 'Yuvaratna' has already been announced on the 01st of April. Both 'Robert' as well as 'Kotigobba 3' films have been eyeing for a April 23 release and both of the producers have announced the film on the same date.

Which among the two will be released on the same date is yet to be seen in the coming days.

Darshan starrer 'Robert' is all set to be released on the 11th of March across Karnataka. Meanwhile, the advance booking for the film will start today at 10 AM.

Director Tarun Sudhir's next - Roberrt starring Challenging Star in a unique role, is these days camped in the historical place of Varanasi.

After completing the shoot in the coastal land of Mangaluru, the team headed North, starting with Varanasi and other places. Challenging Star Darshan who was busy with the promotions of Odeya has joined the Roberrt along with others including the heroine Asha Bhat.

Arjun Janya and Harikrishna have composed the music for Roberrt. Jagapathi Babu plays the antagonist. Umapati is producing the film.

ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಸಿನಿಮಾದ ಈ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಜರ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಉಮಾಪತಿ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಹೀರೋ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಆಗಲೀ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ತರುಣ್ ಸುಧೀರ್ ಆಗಲೀ.. ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೂ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರೋ ಮಾತು ಉಮಾಪತಿಯವರ ವರ್ಚಸ್ಸು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿರೋದು ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ.

ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಉಮಾಪತಿ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೊದಲ ಹೀರೋ ಎಂದಿದ್ದರು ದರ್ಶನ್. ಅದನ್ನು ಯೆಸ್ ಎಂದಿದ್ದರು ತರುಣ್. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ 2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪ್ಲೀಟ್ ಆದ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಟಿಟಿಯಿಂದ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಡಿಮ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಬಂದರೂ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಮಾಡದೆ ತಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಉಮಾಪತಿ, ಈಗ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ತೆಲುಗು ಎರಡೂ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 11ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ 5 ವರ್ಷದ ಜರ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಚುಟುಕಾಗಿ ಬಿಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಉಮಾಪತಿ.

ರಾಬರ್ಟ್.. ಸೌಂಡು ಭರ್ಜರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಥಿಯೇಟರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಹಬ್ಬ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಾಸ್ ಕಾ ಬಾಪ್ ಆರ್ಭಟಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೊಂದೇ ದಿನ ಬಾಕಿ.  ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳು ರೆಡಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನ  ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ 2576 ಶೋಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 670ಕ್ಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ( 90+ ಮಲ್ಟಿಫ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್)ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗ್ತಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಫಸ್ಟ್ ಡೇ ಮಿನಿಮಮ್ 5ರಿಂದ  6 ಶೋಗಳಿವೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 2576 ಶೋಗಳ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಇದು ಹೊಸ ದಾಖಲೆ. ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಶೋ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರೋ ಮೊದಲ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್.

4 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಫಸ್ಟ್ ಡೇ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಸೋಲ್ಡ್ ಔಟ್ ಆಗಿರೋ ವರದಿ ಇದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ದಿನ ಹೌಸ್ಫುಲ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.  ಒಂದೊಂದು ಮಲ್ಟಿಫ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಶೋಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಆಲ್ ಮೋಸ್ಟ್ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಲ್ಟಿಫ್ಲೆಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಹೌಸ್ ಫುಲ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಚಾಲೆಂಜಿಂಗ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ದರ್ಶನ್, ತರುಣ್ ಸುಧೀರ್, ಉಮಾಪತಿ.. ಮೂವರ ಕಾಂಬಿನೇಷನ್ನಿನ ಚಿತ್ರ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್. ಕೊರೊನಾ ಕಾಟ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಥಿಯೇಟರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಬಂದಾಗಿರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರೂ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಕ್ರೇಜ್ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾರಣ, ದರ್ಶನ್ ಫ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್.

ಇದು ಒಟಿಟಿ ಫ್ಲಾಟ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್‍ನವರಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಅಮೇಜಾನ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಿಗೆ 70 ಕೋಟಿ ಆಫರ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರಂತೆ. ಕಂಡೀಷನ್ ಇಷ್ಟೆ, ಥಿಯೇಟರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅಮೇಜಾನ್, ನೆಟ್‍ಫ್ಲಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಒಟಿಟಿ ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಫ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ರೇಜ್ ಅರಿವಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿರೋ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯೂ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಾದ ಯಜಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಕುರುಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಎಷ್ಟು ಅನ್ನೋದೂ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅವರು ಆಫರ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ನಿಜ. ಎಷ್ಟು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳೋಕೆ ಆಗಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಥಿಯೇಟರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಉಮಾಪತಿ.

A new poster of Darshan starrer 'Robert' was released today morning with Darshan wishing producer Umapathy Gowda a Happy Birthday.

Producer Umapathy Gowda celebrates his birthday today and to mark this occasion, the team of 'Robert' has released a new poster of the film, wishing him a great year ahead. Darshan has released the poster through his twitter handle and has wished the producer.

'Robert' stars Darshan, Asha Bhatt, Vinod Prabhakar, Jagapathy Babu and others in prominent roles. Tarun Sudhir has scripted the film apart from directing it. Arjun Janya has composed the music and the songs have already become a huge hit . 

It has been almost fifty days since cinemas operated in India especially in Karnataka with complete lockdown due to Coronavirus pandemic. Even as the film industry is expecting to start operating in the coming days following relaxations in the next phase of lockdown, along with certain conditions being imposed, Sandalwood is facing uncertainty over the release of new movies.

While it is hopeful that the State Government could allow the operation of cinemas with conditions to follow safety norms and social distancing measures with minimum attendance from the first week of June, several producers are hesitant to release new movies.

It is said that if producers back off from releasing new movies, the exhibitors will be left with no option but to re-run the recently released movies until the situation returns to normalcy.

In another disappointing news especially for the die-hard fans of Challenging Star Darshan, 'Roberrt' which was expected to release once the lockdown is over, a perfect kind of star movie which could bring back the audiences to theatres, will not hit the theatres at least by another two months.

Speaking to Chitraloka, Roberrt producer Umapathy said, "We had announced the date for April 9th and the later pushed it to May. But, things are not yet normal because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Ours is a very high budget movie and we don't want to take the risk of releasing the movie once the theaters are open. We will take some time and do our internal meeting and then will announce the release date. But for sure not in the next two months."

With the present scenario, Sandalwood might not witness any big star movies hitting the screens for sometime now until the situation returns to normalcy.
