If everything had gone right, then 'Naani' was supposed to get released on the 24th of June. With two much anticipated films including 'Lakshmana' and 'Jigar Thanda', the release of 'Naani' has been postponed to the 01st of July.

'Naani' is a film which is being directed by debutante Raghavendra Gollahalli. He himself has written the story of the film based on a real life incident which occured in Gujarat in 1997. The film is about a tragic life of a test-tube baby.

Senior artistes Jai jagadish and Suhashini have been paired once again for this film. Priyanka Rao and Manish are also in prominent roles in the film. Ramesh Kumar Jain is the producer.

Director Gollahalli Raghavendra who has almost finished 80 percent shooting of his new film 'Naani' is all set to shoot a Shiva Thandava song for the film soon. The specialty of the song is the song will be shot with 300 Aghoris and a 40 feet idol of Lord Shiva is specially erected for this song. Apart from that, a well known actor will be making a special appearance in the song. But Raghavendra doesn't want to disclose the actor who is making a special appearance until the shooting of the song.

Apart from that Raghavendra and the team is quite happy about the way the film has shaped up. Manish, Priyanka Rao, Baby Suhasini, Suhasini, Jaijagadish and others play prominent roles in the film being produced by Ramesh Kumar. The film has cinematography by Gundlupete Suresh.

ತೆಲುಗು, ತಮಿಳಿನ ಬಹುಬೇಡಿಕೆಯ ನಟರಾಗಿರುವ ನಾನಿ, ಮಿಸ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಬಾಯ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಪಮ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಮ್ಮಿ ಎಂದರೆ, ಕೊಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರವೀಣ್. ಗುರುನಂದನ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗೆ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಟ್ ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು ರಘುರಾಮ್.
