Long before he attained his stardom as an actor and then a politician, it all started as a ‘newspaper boy’ for Sarat Kumar while working in namma Bengaluru.
Recollecting his days as newspaper boy, Sarat Kumar who returns to play a special support role in Nikhil Kumar and Rachitha Ram starrer 'Seetharama Kalayana’, says that he knows Bengaluru very well and especially around Jayanagar area.
“Back then, I would get up at 5 am in the morning. It used to be colder than it is now. On my bicycle, I would fetch fetch newspapers, sort it out and then deliver it to the readers. This is how I started my journey from Bengaluru before getting into films and then as a politician,” Sarat says.
The actor who was speaking at the film's event marking the completion of 100 days of shoot, also thanked Challenging Star Darshan, and his brother for making him part of Sarathi, and then his association with 'Raajakumara’.
As he signs off, he also shared that he rarely does a character role unless it really requires him to do.
