Kannada film producers who have started a hunger strike in the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce under the leadership of Jayasimha Musuri has decided to stop all the activities on the 18th of June, if their problems are not met.
The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce had held an emergency meeting on Friday evening and there it was decided to stop all the film related activities except exhibition on the 18th of June, if there demands are not met.
Meanwhile, actor Jaggesh who is also heading the committee (which deals producers problems concerning artistes) has written a letter to the Kannada Film Artistes Association to come to a conclusion by June 15th so that the producers don't take extreme steps.
Now the ball is in the Artistes Association court and it has to be seen what steps the association takes in the coming days.
