  My ambition is to be remembered as a good actress and I'm open to the idea of acting in other language movies.

Ur heroes won’t be good for eg Annaya Tammayya hero etc. and scripts will not be good. Please do good movies let them be few in number. Eagerly expecting the change in u.

  Hello Anu-avare, In your opinion, what is the reason for heroine oriented movies not being recieved well as compared to the traditional hero oriented movies? Another question is, in the earlier days the Kannda industry made low budget movies compared to other south movies and so people did not like them. Now-a-days Kannada movie makers are also putting big budgets and shooting on foreign land. But still many Kannada movies are not doing great. Where are we lagging, do you think?
  Hello Marutheesh-avare, these r good questions that u have asked. One reason for heroine oriented movies not being received as well as they should be is probably becoz we still live in a male dominated society and most people would rather have their main protagonist in films being a man. I hope this line of thinking will change, sooner than later. And as far as big budgets and foreign locales are concerned, these do not necessarily ensure the success of a film. The story is of paramount importance. The rest follow suit.

  My husband is not a chain smoker! My only advice to smokers is to QUIT SMOKING.

  Being an ardent fan of you I couldn’t tolerate to see you in skimpy clothes in a scene in your film "Preethi,Prema,Pranaya". Even my aged parents were extremely disappointed (surely we wouldnt like OUR Anu to even expose her finger nails!!! ). Being such a sweet, loveable & decent actress was it a necessity for you to wear such a dress? Couldnt you avoid it?
