The
Karnaaka Film Chamber of Commerce has come down heavily
on the action of Karnataka chalanachitra Karmikara Sangha
(Okkuta) to ban ten producers and not to co-operate with
them in production activities henceforth.
A meeting held
at the film chamber office on Friday evening witnessed some hot
discussion on the decision of Okkuta. Agitated producers were seen
demanding strict action against Ashok.
Tallam
Nanjunda Shetty and Sa. Ra. Govindoo, President and the
Vice President of the KFCC told "Chitraloka' portal
that Ashok's action was an outrageous act which was also
a provocative one. They said that when film chamber was
involved in solving the crisis, Ashok has come out with
a shocker in the form of banning the ten producers which
has once against vitiated the atmosphere.
"He has
also violated the bilateral agreement which has been signed
by the KFCC and Okkuta. The Okkuta has no business to
stop the production activities unless the issue is brought
to the notice of the KFCC' said Tallam.
