Mr Amaranath Gowda, President of AKKA lashed out trouble- shooter V.M. Kumaraswamy for his unnecessary and uncalled creation of problems. Mr Gowda told chitraloka that there is no need to believe VMK as he has been already ousted out from the Joint Secretary post of AKKA. The AKKA people in US know better about this VMK. In a board meeting of 18 members strength 16 voted against VMK and thus his position becomes null and void. VMK’s own close relative also voted against him. VMK has no right to talk about the success or failure of Detroit WKC and it is better he shut his mouth. Coming to Bangalore he gives false statements and media here not cross check. That has lead to various confusions. The misuse of funds has not taken place. There is IRS (Internal Revenue Sources) finding committee that checks the misappropriation. How can VMK speak ill about the prestigious Kannada Sangha abroad in that case?

Before the WKC function VMK was taking publicity giving wrong information. He had sent e-mails to CM, Rani Satish and others telling them to boycott the WKC. What was the need for him to do that? When we went Vidhana Soudha to invite CM for the felicitation function most of them there asked `who is this crazy person who is sending so much of e-mails about the WKC’. Even after his removal from the AKKA Joint secretary post he comes to Bangalore and claims that he is the joint Secretary. In spite of all this he attended the WKC function. There he did not speak anything. Now after the WKC he is telling the media that we have misused the money! He is doing all this only in Bangalore! Because most of the media persons here does not know what has happened.

To end the menace of VMK, Amarnath Gowda and others has decided to bring the facts to the media. We are organizing a felicitation function on 28th of this month at Bangalore for those who came to Detroit. The Karnataka Chief Minister S.M. Krishna has agreed to attend this felicitation meeting.

On 29th of this month members like Vishwamitra, Krishnamurthy, convener Murali Kadoor, Joint treasurer Ranga Thirumala, Srinivas Bhat chairperson Souvenir committee, Krishnappa, Ramprasad are jointly addressing the media and tell what is facts says Amaranath Gowda in an exclusive chat with Chitraloka.
