No.9 Lukcy To Filmdom?

It appears No.9 is lucky to Kannada filmdom. The 9th month has yielded good crops this year with many laurels and good films releasing. Films like 'Jogi' continued to rule the box office in 70 plus centers. 'Gowramma' completing 100 days and 'Akash' reaching 150 days is of course shows the good standing of Kannada films today. Children films got selected to 14th international children film festival.

• Kalki' was launched on the Upendra's birthday at Kanteerava studio. On the same day Vishnuvardhana birthday was attended by hat trick hero Shivrajkumar at Mandya.?
• Tutturi, Pravaha, Mitayi Mane and Aa Aaa Yi Yee…. Have been selected for international children film festival at Hyderabad in November.?
• Ace director Narayan announces the launch of his son Pankaj Kumar from 'Veeru' Kannada film.?

• Nagathihalli turns independent producer from 'Amrutha Dhaare'. Amitabh Bachchan makes his first appearance in south indian film. He arrives in 'Amrutha Dhaare' for a few minutes.
