No Fresh Demand says Govindraj

S.A Govindraj returned to Bangalore early morning at 5.00 A.M. and met Karnataka Chief Minister S.M. Krishna at 10.15 A.M. and had an hour-long discussion.

Looking very tired  S.A. Govindraj told the media persons `that he was freed on his health grounds. I am a diabetic patient and my health got very upset. Dr. Rajkumar also forced me go. So I decided to come back’

Govindraj told `There are no fresh demands. But Veerappan is very adamant about the release of 51 TADA detainees in Karnataka and five in Tamilnadu.  We were shifted more than 30 times in the forest.’ 

`With the original negotiator R.R. Gopal with Nedumaran and two associates the talks was going on very smoothly. They will again go to forest in a few days time. I am sure they will succeed in convincing Veereappan and bring back Rajkumar very soon. Veerappan is looking after Rajkumar very well. There is no problem for him’ said Govindraj.
