The man in the limelight as of now H.D.Kumaraswamy pipped for the position of Karnataka Chief Minister is a good news for filmdom. He is a man who knows all the problems in three sectors. Besides this the films did well in the box office. The sad part is the loss of A1 villain of Kannada cinema Vajramuni.

DEATHS
Top villain of Kannada cinema Vajramuni died of cardiac arrest. He was suffering from last eight years for his kidney failure. He has acted in 350 films and produced four films in Kannada. In less than 12 hours of Vajramuni passing away two more persons from Kannada filmdom - cellular Srinivas producer of three Kannada films and Prasannakumar actor cum producer also died.

Dhamini hits back at director Krishne Gowda for poor taste of posters of 'Bhaa Rathi'

Encounter specialist Dayanayak facing corruption charges. A film in his name was made in Kannada.
