The famous actress of
Kannada cinema Anu Prabhakar got married to top South
Indian actress Jayanthi’s son Krishnakumar on Friday morning
at Kalyani Kala Mandira situated on Banneraghatta Road,
Bangalore.
The turn out
of politicians was more than the cinema big wigs for the
marriage. The former Chief Minister of Karnataka Ramakrishna
Hegde graced the wedding and blessed the newly wed couple
with gifts at 11.30 am. The battalion of politicians like
former Speaker Ramesh Kumar, B.L.Shanker, P.G.R.Sindhia,
V.S.Krishna Iyer and others were present at the marriage
hall. As actress Jayanthi too is a politician the turn
out of politicians was expected.
Some of the
close family cum film friends of actress Anu Prabhakar
and actress Jayanthi were present. Srinath and Geetha,
Lokesh and Girija, Sunderraj and Pramila Joshai, T.N.Seetharam
and his wife, K.S.L.Swamee and B.V.Radha were present
to add colour to the wedding. Veteran actor Rajesh, actress
Thara, Triveni were also present.
A day earlier
on the Vara Pooja day south Indian top actress B.Saroja
Devi was present.
The turn out
for the evening reception is expected to be more as top
stars are likely to come. Actress Jayanthi was looking
extremely happy on the occasion. She received each and
every guests and offered good hospitality.
March 1st
is the wedding day for Anu and Krishnakumar. Let them
march ahead for prosperity in life is the wish of Chitraloka
team.
