 An
all round appreciation was showered on Puneet Rajkumar
on his second consecutive film ‘Abhi’ hitting the century.
Dr.Ambedkar Bhavan was fully packed with invitees on the
occasion. Nearly 225 garlands, hundred plus mementoes
were given away to mark the celebration of ‘Abhi’ completing
100 days in Bangalore on Tuesday.
 On
the dais Dr.Rajkumar, Smt.Parvathamma, Yoga master Naiker,
S.P.Varadaraj, Dr.Raj friend Tiptur Ramaswamy, Sowcar
Janaki, Inspector General of Police Ravindranath Tagore,
Y.K.Muddukrishna director of Kannada and culture actor
Srinath and Jayanthi were present.
Actor Srinath
lauded the effort from his own words the banner of Dr.Rajkumar
as he has seen them closely in his 36 years of acting
profession. IGP Tagore expressed the happiness he had
seen in the face of Smt.Parvathamma today. Actress Jayanthi
compared the three sons of Dr.Rajkumar to jewels. Jaggesh
begged for a role in Dr.Rajkumar banner. He asked the
icon to step into acting. Compared Dr.Rajkumar to a ‘lion’
in the forest. Hundreds stars may have taken birth but
Dr.Rajkumar is the only shining star. No one could shake
him he added.
 
Actress Ramya
thanked everyone. Puneet the cynosure of all eyes on the
colorful morning disclosed the success if because of his
family members. Puneet did not forget to thank the fans
in his address.
Chitrashri
was tolerable in her anchoring but not Harsha. Harsha
through his urgency, bad Kannada and loud voice can be
a villain of any function he takes up.
