Operated For Water Collection

Dr. Vishnuvardhana was operated upon for the collection of water in the left side of his body by the team of doctors two days ago at Vikram hospital, Mysore. He is now recovering from ill health. After the operation and removal of water he is taking treatment at Kings Court in Mysore. The hotel room has been converted as a hospital room providing all the necessary medical aid.

Dr. Vishnu complained of ill health on last Tuesday while shooting for the film 'Sirivantha' produced by Rockline Venkatesh and directed by S. Narayan . The shooting has been called off immediately and the matinee idol was taken to the Vikram hospital for which he is the trustee.

On examination the doctors attending on Dr. Vishnuvardhana discovered that his weight has increased from 75 kilograms to 85 kilograms within a few days. Further examination revealed that the left side of body was swollen collecting water.

Dr. Vishnu has been advised complete rest for fifteen days. His wife Bharathi Vishnuvardhana and close relatives are taking care of him in Mysore at Kings Court..
