When
a mirror goes in to pieces it cannot be readjusted to
look original. In the love late relationship of this ‘Mayaloka’
the feuds gets patched up but the inner heart would be
still waiting to take revenge.
Director
D.Rajendra Babu and Ravichandran combine in ‘Pandu Ranga
Vittala’ has kicked up a row this time. This time it is
between the producers and the director D.Rajendra Babu
a clash has surfaced first and that has lead to the director
walking away from his capacity in the midst of shooting
at Abbaiyanaidu Studio a few days ago.
Director
Babu and Ravichandran are looking for a massive break.
They have come together once again after five years. The
last film they worked together was ‘Yaare Neenu Cheluve’
for producer Rockline Venkatesh that was a super hit film
in Kannada. In the celebration function at Vijayanagar
Bunts Association of the same film Director Babu was upset
because he was not offered a seat on the dais.
However,
coming back to ‘PRV’ issue it is learnt that Babu took
the producers for granted right from the first day. Babu
made unnecessary demands. For his lunch he ordered three
different food items from three corners in Bangalore and
producers obliged. He used to leave the sets without informing
anyone and from this the shooting got stalled. For a number
of days we have tolerated Babu because he is a proved
director says the insiders. But when it came the issue
of a portion of dialogue the ego clash ballooned up. Ravichandran
also frantically looking for break asked the dialogue
writer to change the dialogue to suit his image. Pat came
the reply from director Babu. Is Ravichandran the director?
Babu got wild. Ravichandran kept quiet for such grumbling.
At the Abbainaidu studio conspicuously Babu was absent
and the shooting was severely obstructed.
The
producers Praveen and Ganesh swallowed the pains till
then and came to a conclusion. They shifted the responsibility
of direction to Ravichandran. The producers Praveen and
Ganesh searched missing Babu and failed to get him. Finally
a complaint was also registered with the Karnataka Film
Chamber of Commerce. Now the producers are seeking no
objection certificate from Babu who is finding difficult
to cope up with the situation.
Instead
of working hard and making a good film these types of
issues take place in any industry in abundance.
