 The
leading lady of Kannada film industry Smt.Parvathamma
Rajkumar has confirmed ‘Bhakta Ambarisha’ going on floor
in October. In an exclusive chat with Chitraloka on Friday
afternoon Smt.Parvathamma informed the happy news of Dr.Rajkumar
coming back to acting fold after four years. The last
film Dr.Rajkumar acted was ‘Shabdavedi’. She spoke at
length on ‘Bhakta Ambarisha’ and Dr.Rajkumar health condition.

songs and 2 ‘Kandha Padya’ ready for mixing the voice. All would
have been smooth had Veerappan not taken Dr.Rajkumar. The song
recording muhurut was held on June 22, 2000.
- The
costume fitting was given to a tailor and even today the costumes
are selected for this mythological film ‘Bhakta Ambarisha’ in
which Dr.Rajkumar plays double role.
- The
permission to shoot in Mysore Palace and Bangalore Palace was
taken then. Dr.Rajkumar had seen a location in Chickmagalur. He
has liked this immensely. A temple set has to be erected for some
portion of shooting.
- Shooting
in Kedarnath is a must. Probably the shooting there would be held
in April- May next year. It is because only during that time the
temple would be opened. Already the location to shoot has been
made. In Jodhpur also ‘Bhakta Ambarisha’ would be shot. The story
is same and dialogue would be further improved.
- Earlier
we had thought of Jayasudha and Bhanupriya as heroines. Now we
have to wait and watch. Vijaya Reddy is the director and Hamsalekha
is the music director.
- Pointing
on the health condition of Dr.Rajkumar – Smt.Parvathamma informed
that it is ‘Yoga’ that is keeping him very bright and strong.
Even when he was in captivity of Veerappan it is ‘Yoga’ that gave
him strength. Now after operation he is just doing ‘Pranayama’
for 30 minutes. After three months he will be perfect. Dr.Rajkumar
wants to climb the hills of ‘Lord Venkataramana’.
- My
first son wants a social or comedy before ‘Bhakta Ambarisha’.
For that a perfect story has to get ready.
 With
all this information and confirmation of Dr.Rajkumar coming
back to acting the entire Karnataka State people are eager
to see him on the screen. Dr.Rajkumar in a mythological
film that too in a double role is a treat to watch. The
one and only actor in Indian cinema who showed his exemplary
skill in social, historical and mythological films is Dr.Rajkumar.
Like
many innumerable Chitraloka also eagerly waits for ‘Bhakta
Ambarisha’
