Aadi Lokesh and Neeta starrer "Poojary' got a big opening on the day of its release. The film was released on the republic day and the holiday was an advantage for the film. The film is mass oriented and it attracted the mass audience.

"Poojary' has been able to get some good reviews from the opening day watchers. People seem to have liked the fights in the film.

Neeta looks glamorous in the song sequences. The film have got good initial in almost all the centers where it has been released. The producer Mohan Kumar, Mallikarju and Sharan, the director of the film are quite happy about the way the film has opened in the Box office, though it was released along with the hugely expected film "Arrasu'.
