Director
Nanjunde Gowda has shown once again that he always choses
something which is different and fresh. His film Naanu
Neenu Jodi with Vijaya Raghavendra in the lead has a totally
new concept which is yet to be seen in the Kannada film
industry. Though the basic concept is the love element
between the two leading characters in the film, the story
has been told in a fresh style. And Nanjunde Gowda has
obtained good support from Music director Hamsalekha who
has scored good music for the film.
The story relates
to two young people who do not approve the marriage plans organised
by their elders. On the day of marriage, both the bride and bridegroom
run away from the marriage hall. But they meet and decide to stay
together. The hero tries to find out the lover of the lady he had
to marry and ends up in many comical situations. Finally both of
them realise that they are attracted to each other but are wary
of revealing their love to each other. What happens later is better
to be watched on the screen.
Vijaya Raghavendra
has done a good job in a difficult role. He has a good comedy flair
which comes out well on the screen. Madhumitha scores well in her
first Kannada film and she is glamorous too.
Srinivasa Murthy
is a perfect choice for the role.
Nanjunde Gowda
has made an entertainer with some classy touch. He has got good
support from Cameraman A.C.Mahendra and Editor Kemparaj
