WThe objective of the film is very interesting. The handling of the theme with children and their families with different attitudes is something happening in day today life. The performance of children is very good. Hamsalekha's scoring and Ramachandra's cinematography takes the film to the heights.

'Tutturi' (The Bugle) is in fact produced by Jayamala on the insistence of her young daughter Soundarya, acted by the children and it is directed by Seshadri who has understood the children psychology aptly.

Look at the problems arise for children at a small lane where they play cricket in the summer vacation. When all children are alike it is Sachin who is locked in front of the computer in that locality. He feels it uncomfortable and when his parents go out for work he jumps the gate and joins the street children. This aspect is of course is in the minds of many children and Seshadri has rightly put it on the screen. The attitude of the parents change in this case as he is not getting the right thing he wants. Even the doctors tell the same thing and then only the young parents set their child Sachin to mingle with street children.

When Shivalingu comes to the same street from his village for summer holiday he brings in courage, the forgotten games of our yesteryears and fills in extra energy in his age friends. When playing cricket becomes difficult in the small lane Shivalingu reintroduces the games like Kunta Bille, Ice Pice, Kanna Muchche, Lagori, Kalla Police, Amate Chowkabara, Ko Ko, Kabbadi, Uppinmoote, Soor Chand, Aluguli Mane, Buguri, Markothi etc – all these are forgotten by city bred children. When playing these games also becomes tough as the road is dig up for laying pipes the need of a separate park for the children crops up.

The clever Shivalingu takes his friends to the open space on the ring road where he was doing morning ablution. They decide to play here after cleaning it up. What they want is the permission from the land owner – the grand old man a rich industrialist.

The urge of the children to get a place to play is interesting for the industrialist 'Thaata'. He agrees for the children demand. The hard work at this condemned vacant land by 'Tutturi' Balaga form out as a beautiful park for the children. This is ' Turruri Park'.

This is why the film is interesting and the objective is very good. How the screenplay moves till then is very quick with one after the other developments.

The arrival of son and grandson of 'Thaata' from America gives a new twist to the whole film. The grandson further improves health condition but it is the son who deteriorates the health condition of his father with his crooked idea. The son hatch a plot to free his father from street children and also aims to sell away the expensive land where the 'Tutturi' park has come up.

What happens later? Whether it is victory for children or not? You have to watch it in the theatres.

There is no shortfall in the film. It takes off very well, it moves pretty fast, it touches the elders minds, entertain the children and the need to have parks and playgrounds is stressed especially for cities is an interesting thought.

Master Karthik shines among all. Dattanna is delectable. The elders with BP and Sugar complaint can follow Dattanna of 'Tutturi'.

What else you require to go with young children to watch this film?

This is thoroughly entertaining with engrossing element in it .
