Dr. Vishnuvardhan has created new bench mark in acting performance through his mesmerizing performance in "Sirivantha' which is one of the best films that has come in recent times. "Sirivantha' has some wonderful performances, excellent technical support and a classy direction by all rounder S.Narayan who also gets full marks as a writer and a director.

"Sirivantha' produced by Rockline Venkatesh is one film which will remain in your memory for a long time for its neat presentation. It is a clean film aimed at the family audience which is natural from scene one. There is nothing in the film which is even slightly objectionable. Though the film is a remake of Telugu film "Aa Naluguru', the film should be really welcomed for its honest and transparent presentation.

"Sirivantha' has a story of an idealist who comes into conflict with his own family members, his boss and some of his own friends for retaining his values. In every confrontation with his own kith and kin, he feels disturbed and humiliated, but wins his battle by sticking on to his ideals. Finally, his popularity is seen after his death when scores of people attend his funeral, though his greedy children wants to take away the money that has been loaned to him. "Sirivantha' has a totally different type of script to narrate the story and it will be immensely likeable.

Dr. Vishnuvardhan as earlier said is just on top of the world as for as acting honours are concerned. Shruthi plays an ideal foil to him and she has delivered one of her best performances. Doddanna plays the role of a life time to prove that he is unbeatable in comedy and sentimental roles. All the other artists and technicians have performed their best.

S.Narayan is certainly one of the best directors in the Kannada film industry and in "Sirivantha' he also proves his mettle as a writer. P.K.H.Doss excels as a photographer while S.A.Raj Kumar's music is a plus point in the film. Two pathos songs "Yaaro Yaaro' and "Badiyithe Sidilu' will certainly top the charts.

"Sirivantha' is certainly a must watch film for all the Kannada film goers.
