Like
all Mumbai lasses Preethi Mehra is intelligent, up to
date and apt in her thoughts. Hailing from an aristocratic
family Preethi completed seven months crash course at
Kishore Namith Kapoor School of Acting. She made her debut
from Zee TV programs and her first attachment to big screen
started from ‘Are Kanna Ore Chinna’ in Telugu starring
Prasad and Srikanth. Then came ‘Dost’ for Preethi a remake
of Malayalam film. Now Preethi is in Kannada in ‘Giri’
opposite Kitty playing the important role.
‘Hard
work always pays’ says Preethi a confident girl who loves
to do all kinds of roles and do not believe in keeping
anyone as role model. She does not believe in beauty at
the outset. I always get immersed into any character given.
I want to maintain my identity informs Preethi.
I
am not ambitious to make money but I want to prove myself
that I am a nice person and a nice actress too she says.
Her mother is her best friend. She never thought that
one day she would be an actress in cinema. She likes to
hear music, roam around places and chatting in front of
the computer is her hobby.
This
gives a signal that Preethi Mehra is different from others.
