Highly potential and intelligent actress of Kannada cinema aims for direction in the coming years. She has become very choosy in selection of roles this year especially and this is also an indication of her getting into direction.

Ask her. This is quite possible after I know every minute detail of direction she says. She has learnt painting when she was in Hubli from her cousin and painting a few on her own. 

A clever and committed actress Anu has been in the acting field for five years and like any other modern and up to date girl she is of the opinion that routine roles are not her cup of tea any more. 

How is she spending her free time at home? Getting up around 6 am in the morning she goes through the newspapers first and after a cup of coffee she spend a hour or so in the gym she has developed at her residence. Then after that it is chatting, watching television (her favorite channel is Discovery) preparing her favorite chicken and then again in the evening discussing with her in law actress Jayanthi and others, reading books and late in the night going to the nets to know more about the world.

Why is she not signing Kannada offers? Nothing compelling as such she says firmly. 

All the best Anu we would definitely like to see you as a director. Gear up go and conquer something really novel.
