PRODUCERS TO RESIGN
Meeting Fixed At 11 Am Today

The majority of the producers who are committee members of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce are likely to resign today. They are meeting in the morning and at 11 am in Press Club of Bangalore today they are going to announce their decision it is reliably learnt. The reason is obvious – the non Kannada films screening is taking place in connivance with the KFCC President. The Vice President of KFCC Sa.Ra.Govindu is also seriously thinking on the post to protect the interests of the Kannada cinema.

Producers like Rockline Venkatesh, S.A.Govindaraj, Ramu, Jai Jagdeesh, Jaggesh, Nagabharana, Munirathna, Ganesh are tendering their resignation for the anti Kannada attitude of their President H.D.Gangaraj.

In the evening at Rejoyz auditorium the Artistes and Technicians of Kannada cinema are meeting to decide on further steps.

At the Gandhi statue in Mahatma Gandhi Road the Photo journalists association, Press Club of Bangalore and Reporters Guild are staging a dharna to register their protest against the attack on Journalists on Saturday at Multiplex theatre.
