The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce has strongly recommended the name of icon of Karnataka the cultural ambassador of the state Dr.Rajkumar for considering his name to the prestigious 'Bharata Ratna' given during the Republic Day celebration.

In a letter dated 5th September, PSC/667/05 addressed to Mr Arjun Singh, honorable minister for Human Resources, Government of India the President of KFCC H.D.Gangaraj highlight the contribution made by Dr.Rajkumar.
