'Haseena And Amrutha Dhaare'

This Friday two big shots - Girish Kasaravalli and Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar - both known for creative thoughts, acclaim and wide knowledge in films - Haseena and Amrutha Dhaare are releasing.

'Haseena' has already made news and attracted rave reviews in the print and electronic media. The film has brought laurels to the consultant producer Mr I.M.Vittala Murthy, fetched national award for actress Thara, Ashrat Nissar and Swamy in costume division got honors, the four time swarna Kamal award winner Girish Kasaravalli pocketed the best family welfare cinema award at the national level. This film 'Haseena' is a new wave cinema made with bold attempts on the Muslim community. The travails and tribulations of 'Haseena' forms the crux of the story. 

Coming to Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar this stylish and sensible director with awards and acclaim at the state, national and international level turns producer from 'Amrutha Dhaare'. The top news of this film is that Amitabh Bachchan of Hindi cinema has made debut as a guest artiste in his first south Indian language film. Dhyan of 'Nanna Preethiya Hudugi' and the most successful actress Ramya play the lead roles. 

'Amrutha Dhaare' has created big hype. It is releasing with 25 prints. In Sydney and United States of America 'AD' is releasing simultaneously. Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar has big fan following abroad. There is no doubt about it. 

Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar is not leaving any laxities as for as marketing of the film is concerned. In coffee shops, Nandini Hotels, Buses, huge hoardings, in non kannada belts with English posters, in radio, televisions, with trailers in cinema halls tie up with local newspapers Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar showed the way for others to follow. 

Yet he says this is a do or dies situation for him. He knows pretty well in case the film fails how the remake followers would heckle him. Nearly 2.5 crore has been invested for this film. Shooting has been held in places like Ladak with 19000 ft altitude. This is richly made film. The first half will be a feast with laughter. The second half turn out to be emotional one.
