JADE GOODY IS EVICTED
Quiet In The Big Brother House

After all the turmoil within Big Brother, bad weather in the UK with winds lashing out leaving 7 people dead and a number of trucks turned over, Gordon Brown talks with the media in Sunny India and heads for cover.

The program coordinators in the Channel 4 studios must be going through a lot too. The public event with the evicted candidate was cancelled for tonight as they suspected there could be damaging threats. They also wanted to brief the evicted candidate of events in the real world. They were then going to limit the session to a studio audience.

Jade Goody was voted out with 82 percent of the votes asking for her eviction. She and everyone were in tears at one point and when her name was announced, she smiled away and it took a while for things to sink in. After that Jade said Bye to all her housemates and left. She was not taken through any outside audience as planned in previous evictions. Instead, she was taken away, briefed separately and brought into the studio for meeting the limited audience. She was booed at that time. Both Jade and Shilpa were asked if they thought there were racial overtones and both of them denied
there were any. Shilpa said that she may have got that notion due to the way Jade spoke and emphasized that Jade did not have any racist qualities. Jade also in a separate session advised that there were no thoughts of a racial divide in her. When she was out and she was shown the highlights of how or what she had said....... she said, I understand why people could have misunderstood me.

Right now things are reasonably quiet in the Big Brother house and the girls Danielle, Cleo and Jo sat playing a game as human skittles and then yakked till late night.

It appears Jan 20th is going to be an interesting day with a lot of people interviewing Jade. Let us see what she has to say. The studio audience had a number of viewpoints which made for interesting conversation some claiming that this was just a Girls fight gone wrong and rowdy to nothing less than a dirty racial behavior.

Even though both Shilpa and Jade have confirmed there is no racism involved, the public who saw the program have a different story to tell. Jade seems to be getting it finally. Let us see what she has to say tomorrow. Meanwhile Shilpa still does not know the major calamities that have taken place both in India and in the UK and one can only hope that all get a peaceful sleep for the night.
