KFCC CHAOS
July 1 Election Deferred

With the peculiar situation surrounding after the unanimous election of President of KFCC there has been fresh development pertaining to chamber election on Monday.

Everything has been set aside including the unanimous election of K.N. Vasudevamurthy as President in the discussions held today. The 50 member special executive council meeting was held in chamber premises between 4 and 6 pm. The veterans in the field K.V.Gupta, K.C.N.Chandrasekhar, Ajantha Raju, S.Ramesh, Thomas D'Souza, C.V.Shastry, Basanthkumar Patil, H.D.Gangaraju, Sa.Ra.Govindu with others like K.Manju, Rockline Venkatesh, K.V. Nageshkumar approved the decision of deferring the election.

But the Hubli distributor, past President K.V. Chandrasekhar and producer K.Manju disagreed with the 2001 old byelaws.

Speaking to Chitraloka over telephone K. Manju disclosed that he is bringing stay to the coming election as the byelaw is improper and old.
