It was again a busy day for the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday when the memebers discussed the Arya issue to bring a truce between the Kannada film producers association and Kannada film directors association led by Nagabharana. The film directors association had complained that Arya was attacked by a group of
producers in front of Janardhana Hotel and expressed its concern. It wanted the film chamber to intervene in the matter.

The KFCC was successful in bringing about a settlement in the Arya issue. Film
Director Arya who was assaualted by a producer and S.V.Rajendra Singh Babu who represented the producer Mohan involved in the brawl shook hands with each other in the presence of KFCC members to announce that everything has been forgotten.

Nagabharana, the president of the Kannada film directors association said that his association believed in solving the crisis and firmly believed that the differences could be solved through negotiations. "We are not interested to know about who has personal egos, and who wants to play vendetta politics. We believe it is good to the Kannada film industry if the crisis is resolved at the earliest' said Nagabharana.

Meanwhile, the three producers K.Manju, Munirathna and Ganesh who were in the list of ten producers in the banned list of "Okkoota' have now decided to go ahead with the work selecting the same set of workers who had worked in their films. "We would look out for options only when they refuse to come to the work' says K.Manju.
