The National Film Development Corporation will not die a naturual death, but it will be revived, says Information and Broad casting Minister Priyaranjan Das Munshi. Speaking at the inaugural function of the 37th IFFI, the union minister said that he will be making efforts to strengthen the NFDC by infusing some funds to the organisation.

About the problems of the film industry, the Minister said that his ministry has formed five committees to look into the problems like privacy and entertainment tax structure and the report will be ready in the month of January. He promised a solution to the pressing problems of the industry within short time.
