The shooting of the first schedule of Dr. Vishnuvardhan starrer Aaptha Rakshaka has been completed on April 3. The shooting of the film started in Tamil Nadu's temple town Palani and 22 days shooting schedule has been completed.  Dr. Vishnuvardhan,  Sandhya, Bhavana, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Sreenivasa Murthy ,  Avinash, Ramesh Bhat and others had participated in the shooting held in a  old palatial house and other parts of Palani. P.Vasu is the director of this film. He has written the story and script of the film.  Bhaskar has written the dialogues of the film. 

The second schedule of the film will commence at Mysore in the month of  April.  The second schedule will be a 20 day schedule which commences on April 15. Another big schedule has been planned in June.  Guru Kiran has scored the music of the film.
