Sideling all speculations that he will not be there !, Superstar Rajinikanth on wednesday confirmed his presence in the proposed 10 hours hunger strike organised by Tamil Film Industry.
The hunger strike is sheduled in Chennai on Thursday 4 April.
Returned from Hyderabad after cancelled his Kuselan shooting to make convenient to all to attend the fasting, Rajani contacted the organizers of the agitation and confirmed his presence in the protest hunger strike. According to well placed sourses, the actor enquired about the arrangements being made for the protest and asked at what time he would be arrived to the venue
Kamal Hassan, another super star of the industry also will participate in the hunger strike on 4th. He has cancelled all his overseas commitments (in the US) which relates to his yet to be launched Marmayogi and will be landed in Chennai in the afternoon of Thursday.
Apart from these two big stars, there are more than 10000 actors and other members of various trade bodies will participate in the hunger strike.
Meanwhile, the Chennai City Police Commissioner Nanjil Kumaran allotted a place just opposite to Chepauk Guest House as the venue for the star's fasting.
