Well known film producer and director S. Narayan is to start the shooting of his new untitled film under his new banner Paddma Sundari Creations from December 10. The formal muhurath fo the film was held on Friday, the 23rd November at the Dooda Ganapathi Temple.
The muhurath shot was directed by Well known film director S.V.Rajendra Singh Babu who had directed Kurigalu, Kothigalu and Kattegalu films a few years earlier and had achieved big success with these films. Sreenagara Kitty, the hero of S.Narayan directed film Appayya was also present at the muhurath to wish the entire team.
The regular press meet of the film was held later in the evening. The three major artists of the film Ramesh Arvind, Mohan and S. Narayan (also the producer and director of the film) were present in the press meet along with the film's cinematographer Jagadish Waali. S.Narayan explained that the film's title has not been selected yet, but the process of selection is going on in full swing. "We have received response from nearly 25000 people out of which 25 probable titles have been selected. We have to yet pick up the best title from the lot. We will announce the title on the muhurath on the day in which the shooting of the film will start' said Narayan.
The story and script of this film is written by Ramesh Aravind has lot for ib tickling funny elements. Madikeri offers the backdrop of the film. The selection of three heroines for the film will depend on their ability to speak Kannada. We may select heroines locally' said Narayan.
The film also has other artists like Rangayana Raghu, Umasri, Mukyamantri Chandru and Sadhu Kokila. Four songs are to be composed for the film.
The roles of Ramesh Aravind, S Narayan and Mohan will bear some similarities to the successful films like Kurigalu saar Kurigalu and Kothigalu saar Kothigalu.
Although story is lent by me the additional inputs from Narayan and Mohan are added to it said Ramesh Aravind. Mohan felt happy to work in S Narayan direction.
