Kumbharashi hero Chethan Chandra who has struggled hard to get an eight abs says that he needs success for all the efforts he has put in to get into the shape of the character he is handling for the film.
"Tears rolled on my mother's face when she saw me taking only nourished food.  I had kept away oil, fat items for ever.  No cakes, sweets for me.  I did not even attend the birthday party of this film's heroine Roopika mainly because I would have been forced to eat a slice of cake.  Thanks to the role offered to me by the director Chandrahasa and the film's producer Nagamma Patil, I have taken this extreme step of sticking it the requirements of an eight pack abs' said Chethan.
Chandrahasa said that the title of the film which was announced as "Simharaashi' had to be changed mainly because our title did not get clearance.  Later we changed the title to Kumbarashi and made some changes in the script alo.  The entire team has worked hard for this film for which talkie portions has already been completed.  What remains is the picturisation of songs and three fights in the film' said Chandarahasa.
Roopika once again said that the role which she plays in the film is unique and she had not performed such a role before. Jai Anand, the DOP of the film, producer Ms. Nagamma Patil, stunt director Kaurava Venkatesh, comedy actor Ravi Teja and dialogue writer Saali were present in the press conference to share their thoughts.
