Kannada film industry's most popular and hugely browsed website Chitraloka is breaking new grounds in promoting Kannada films. It has now opened a new mobile service where the Kannada film fans can down load stills, wall papers, designs of Kannada films and Kannada film artists.

This venture has started on Thursday and was launched by Kannada film industry's star Puneet Raj Kumar. Incidentally, Chitraloka has associated with hugely popular media website Indiatimes 8888 in this endeavor. Ms. Parvathamma Raj Kumar was also present in this occasion. She wished Veeresh a bright future with many more innovations in the coming days.

Speaking on the occasion, Puneet Raj Kumar said that Chitraloka has always tried to project the Kannada film industry in good light and its increasing popularity with the browsers only reflected its strength and vigor. He said that the mobile service would become popular and create greater interest in Kannada films. He was happy that Veeresh started the English language website on his advise and now the results are showing.

Ajay from India Times was present on this occasion and explained how this mobile screensavers and wallpapers can be useful.

Veeresh thanked that Puneet for giving him a good advice to start the website in English language. The number of hits on day one was around 13000, but now it is 450000 per day.

Besides giving up to date information about the happenings in the industry, the portal is also making conscious efforts to promote the Kannada film industry in a big way.

The mobile service is one more addition to the portal commitment to take the Kannada film industry to greater heights and make it more popular in the world.' said Veeresh.
