Actress Ramya is upset with Jothegaara producer who has taken her for a ride and also not made arrangements for the proper release of the film from which she expected so much. Ramya was made Ramya a scape goat in a press conference held by Ashwini Ram Prasad a few days ago . Ram Prasad had not properly communicated to Ramya about the press meet which resulted in an avoidable slanging match which embarrassed the leading actress. But what made her furious is the fact that Ram Prasad was reported to have told some journalists that because of this spat between his heroine and the journalist he was able to get publicity worth Rs. 20 lacs without spending even a paisa for it.
“I really can not understand how people can stoop to such low levels for some cheap publicity’ says an angry Ramya. Meanwhile Ramya does not feel like introspecting over the whole incident. “I would not have behaved in any other fashion, as every one knows I was clearly provoked for no fault of mine. I am sure such situations would not have occurred if any leading male star had made a late entry to the function. I wont regret for what had happened’ says Ramya who is further pained to see that Jothegaara was not released because Ram Prasad had apparently not settled dues with the IDBI Bank from which he had taken a loan for film production.
